Network Informant
includes Performance modules that offer additional detail

Switch PM - This software tool
analyses the data from the embedded SNMP agents of your
switch as it monitors each switched port 24 hours a day, 7 days a
week.
Using a rules-based inference engine developed specifically
for the device, Switch PM identifies each condition that falls
outside the parameters of "healthy" performance.
It then
transforms the SNMP data collected from your switch into
empirical information by quantifying and reporting performance
inefficiencies before they become severe problems.
Router PM - RouterPM goes far beyond the current generation of SNMP
